Injury report

It’s wonderful getting older. My right wrist, right shoulder and left elbow/forearm have been hurting for a good couple months. Throw my right knee into the mix. It seems I aggravated it from being on my knees a lot building the deck and crawling around on floors, connecting and disconnecting PC’s. At the gym I try to be smart and stop an exercise if I get to the point where the pain is more than mild. Today I was doing incline presses and it sounded like I was popping jiffy pop in both my shoulders. I suppose it has little hope of getting better as I age does it? 🙂

I suppose I could try to take more than a couple day break from lifting but that is easier said than done.
