Post 300

I don’t feel bad at all after my latest 300 attempt.  My lower body feels worked but not walk like an 80 year old sore.

Last night on DWTS, it was pretty much a snooze fest.  All the couples except maybe two or three gave below average performances.   It was not thrilling in the least.

I saw a recap of UFC 69.  I could not believe that Matt Serra beat George St. Pierres.  NOBODY gave him a chance.  I have seen a number of GSP fights and they guy seems like a robot that just inflicts punishment.  I guess he isn’t invincible however I have a feeling he will be champ once again in short order.  I was surprised the fight between Josh Koschek and Diego Sanchez was slow paced, snore fest which resulted in Diego’s first loss.  I was also surprised to see Mike Swick lost, he has looked terrific in all the fights I saw.

Here is some amazing info that I find personally disgusting.  http://news.yahoo.com/s/nm/20070409/ts_nm/obesity_usa_dc_2  It is a story basically saying that the fastest rising category of fat asses in the USA are the big time fat asses, people that are more than 100 pounds overweight.  This number has increased 50% from the year 2000 to 2005!!!! That is unreal.  It is like a snowball rolling out of control.  Since somewhere between 60-70% of the population is now clinically obese, it becomes more accepted as the norm which results in more and more gluttony and lazy behavior.  It is no wonder why medical insurance has skyrocketed over this same time period.
