No * required

For the first time in the month of August no asterisk was required on my 300 work out. I did all of the exercises and I used the full weight and surprisingly I came up with a number +10 more than the last full 300 I did nearly 3 weeks ago, 279.  I am getting very close to my target.  I have already hit the goal reps for 4 of the exercises, I only need to get pull ups and floor wipers cranked out.  It’s funny how I was able to maintain the higher rep numbers I managed for box jumps and pull ups when I left out some exercises.  I also did my clean and presses for 25 reps straight each instead of taking a mini-break at 20.  Again when I was doing the sets with the lighter weight I went straight through and again I managed to maintain that with higher weight just because my brain knew I did it before, albeit with 5 less pounds. It just shows how much of it is mental.
