Going for it
Since next week is short due to Labor Day I decided to try to trudge through the daunting 1500 this week. I don’t want to wait another two weeks to plow through the pain. Like most things in my life, I ‘d rather get it over with than put it off. One down, four to go.
I’m pleased to announce that in support of my effort, Jeremy has vowed to do one pull up a day in a show of solidarity.

I really think you need to bring back the watch for your workouts. Or better yet, a HR monitor/watch. You’d not only get your time but calories burned and max/avg heart rate.
