A different sort of 300

My normal 300 program has been derailed by the tendonitis in my forearm but today I did a different type of 300.  I did a total of 300 push ups, again a combination of flat on the floor, incline and decline varieties.  Last week I was surprised just how sore my chest was after my push up routine.  It was aching for a few days.  Push ups remain one of the few upper body exercises I can do that don’t tweak my forearm.  I may as well take advantage of it.

On Friday I did half a 300, relegating myself to do the exercises in the routine that again don’t aggravate the injury.  I knocked out 50 push ups, 50 box jumps and 50 floor wipers, in that order.  It didn’t feel too tough to do, easier than expected.
