Two down

I finished season 2 of 24 last night.  It was as entertaining as season 1.  Now if I actually allowed myself to say out loud everything that Jack Bauer went through in a 24 hour period it would sound ridiculous beyond belief.  I just keep reality safely tucked away in a back pocket while I am watching the show.  I am debating if I want to go full steam ahead into season 3 or give myself a little break.

I am feeling pretty miserable with this ear infection.  I have a constant pounding on the right side of my head with pain that radiates down into my jaw.  I am now into my third day of the anti-biotic drops without any lessening of the symptoms.  If I am not taking Advil or aspirin to help dull the pain it gets really bad.

If by tomorrow things aren’t improving I may have to revisit the clinic and push for oral antibiotics even though I would rather not go that route if possible. It’s always good to keep your use of antibiotics to a bare minimum.

This misery will be good reinforcement for me to use ear plugs more often.  This sucks.

The weather sure has been beautiful around here lately.
