Out of hand

It seems like we have found our own modern day zombie apocalypse and it’s called Pokemon Go.  Take a look at this article regarding what NYC has transformed into in the matter of a few weeks.  When I see the clips of people walking around outdoors ignoring everything except the 5 inches of screen space in front of them trying to catch their latest Pokemon pet it makes me cringe.  Unfortunately it is a clear indicator of just where we are as a society and the dark direction we are headed, where lemming mentality rules with individual, independent thought looked upon with disdain.

Last night when I got home I felt like I was totally out of gas.  I had no energy and just felt blah.  At first I blamed a pretty difficult lower body workout at the gym followed by an afternoon of relocating one of our branch offices that required a lot of lugging stuff around.  I then wondered if I was possibly getting sick as the back of my tongue was tender/sore for a day which can sometimes be a precursor to illness for me.  Whatever the ultimate reason, it was a very low key Wednesday evening.
