Setting up the weekend

I don’t have many Earth shattering thoughts from yesterday although I did find it very funny listening to the ghost writer from The Art of the Deal rip Donald to shreds. He described Donald as akin to a 7 year old with severe ADD.  There is definitely a very immature aspect to his personality and the way he speaks is very simplistic, relying heavily on vague generalities with a limited vocabulary.  He really sort of is the 2016 version of Sarah Palin, hammering home the same handful of one liners with no ability to expand upon any point in a significant manner.

I am picking up Sadie on the way home for an extended visit.  We hadn’t seen her for over two weeks so it will be good to have her back under the roof.  This weekend I have the standard weekly list of chores that will need to be accomplished in the 95% humidity that is southwest Florida summers.  On the fun front we would like to get out to see the new Star Trek movie and some more Segway miniPro cruising.
