Apprentice 3
The third season of the Apprentice is winding down. It’s numbers are down but we still watch it regularly. I have to say, the 2 finalists this time around are by far the weakest candidates to date. I can not envision either one being able to successfully run any aspect of a Trump business. However with 2 women finalists, we are guaranteed to get our first female Apprentice to date. I think Trump has one more season inked, I don’t know it will run after that. It’s just getting a bit old. Plus some of the production is annoying. The blatant voice overs used in various segments annoy me.

In every episode of “The Apprentice” the boardroom was filled with dissention, insults, and blame. It is clear that the person that should be fired is really Donald Trump.
This is no way to build a business or treat people. No wonder women hesitate getting involved in business. They don’t want to be steam-rollered. They don’t want to be blamed or blame people. They would rather work on cooperation and finding a common solution to problems than the “execution” method.”
The bottom line is that cooperation and collaboration bring better results than hostility and competition. If we hoard our ideas, fearing others will take them, your business will suffer – even go backwards. Just because someone has a television show and has written books, does not mean that the way they do business is right.
At least Kendra won being respectful to her team. In that way, no one person is a winner – we all win.
