It’s baaaaaaaack……

Yep the pool cage has been resurrected.  They did the entire thing in one day.  9 months and 17k waiting for something to be built that only took a day seems quite odd but we are thrilled to have it finally done.  After Ali ran in a 5k first thing Tuesday morning, we stopped at Home Depot and picked up a table, a new ceiling fan and a new grill.  When we unpacked the table at home we discovered it was only a short snack table instead of the taller dining type table we imagined.  The thought of packing it all up and returning it was not desirable so we decided to just keep it and go back and get the matching dining table.  The table looks good in the new layout anyway.  Just like the temporary pool fence I drug out front on Sunday, the old grill and table that I drug out front was gone within the hour.  People just love free stuff.  I installed the new ceiling fan to replace the old indoor fan that had blades that looked like they were melting.  The new one is an outdoor fan with plastic blades so it will hold up much better.  The new grill is sweet with stainless steel construction that will hold up much better.  I lugged the tv back out from the shed and hooked it up with the wireless transmitter I got at Radio Shack a few weeks back.

The process took much longer than I thought, I got done around 5pm.  The end result looks great though. You can see all the pics of the new stuff here.
