John recently.  His head has grown Barry Bonds style.  How does this happen?  He’s got a good ole pumpkin head on him now.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Issac from the Love Boat is on this seasons Celebrity Fit Club, say it isn’t so!  There are some other notable fattie like Carrie Wilson who had her stomach stapled and ate through it, Erika Elaniak who used to be really hot, Tina Yothers and more.  I never tire of seeing “celebrities” that leave themselves go. 

I had my last knee shot today.  As the shot was being readied I could feel my face go flush and the sweat start up again in anticipation of the uncomfortable pain I had last week.  Luckily this week the doctor’s aim was a little more true and I hardly felt a thing. It’s weird, each time I go in this doctor acts like he never met me before and he thoroughly explains what he is doing like it was my first time I got the shot.  It makes me feel nice and anonymous.

  So now I have one more follow up in a month and I am on my own.  Right now the plan is to continue my glucosamine regimen and work on building up the strength in my legs again.  And then after awhile, maybe, just maybe I will give it a bit of a test. The pain in either knee has been gone for several weeks. 

 

 In case you were wondering what a torn meniscus is, here ya go.  The tear I have in the left knee is below the surface.  The one I had in my right knee was similar to what is pictured here.  They basically just cut off the dangling pieces and hope for the best.

 

I extracted yet another Keener head shot.  I like having
some variety in there.  Although he has lost
some substantial weight recently so this depiction
may not representative of his current appearance.

He will be very busy in the upcoming weeks preparing
for the 2006/07 BCFFL season.
