The exam

I keep wondering how this exam is going to go tomorrow with the nurse practicioner.  Is she going to have me strip naked and stand there, humiliated, Abu Gahrib style?  Will she coldly command me to drop my drawers and then execute the exam with same, frigid, clinical disposistion?  Or will it go as I hope, I will be able to get examined with my boxers on and the whole thing will not be a big deal with no awkward glances or moments?  That is probably too much to ask, but I can only hope it goes that well.
