This happens all the time down here

As I am leaving the gym and trying to exit the shopping center parking lot….  There are two lanes, one for left turns or going straight and one for right turns only.  There are maybe 4 cars in the left/straight lane and one in the right turn lane.  However, the one in the right hand turn lane has an Ontario license plate and is being commanded by a Q-tip and his wife.  I can already tell there is going to be trouble because he is not pulled all the way front, he is just sort of sitting there.

He spots that I am behind him and he puts on his right turn signal and inches forward.  Then as he reaches the entrance to the road, he flips on his left turn signal and pulls out.  However he isn’t turning left, he now decides he is going straight.  He pulls right in front of a car coming from the left and then cuts off another vehicle on the other side of the road in the turning lane to make a left.  Never does this geezers head turn left or right he just muddles across two lanes of traffic with cars coming both ways.  It is so f’ing ridiculous.  It’s one thing if these old farts take themselves out via their oblivious driving habits but they put anyone in their path at risk.  So many of the people you see behind the wheel down here look like they couldn’t even wipe their own ass, let alone piloting automobiles.
