Forgetting

I have had an impressive run as an early Alzheimer’s candidate this week, I have been forgetting things like mad.  So far this week I have forgottten:

My gym shorts
My watch to take to the gym
My water bottle
My gym towel
My keys to my office

Impressive huh?

Today’s 300 results are up. Two notable numbers.  I finally got my 25th pull up on the first set and my 284 reps is a new personal best.
