Hive mentality

I was working out today and I as I scanned the gym I could not believe how many people, mostly men, wear the cheap, ugly shirts that are included with your membership.  When I received my shirt it immediately got relegated to the dirty work t-shirt collection, shirts that are used for jobs like changing the oil.

Today I saw at least a dozen individuals proudly displaying their Planet Fitness attire.   It just struck me as weird.  I have two Gold’s Gym shirts at home but hey, at least they are cool looking and represent a real gym. I guess it is the same mentality as wearing your smiley underwear to Wal-Mart.
