No hole, bar work, white water

Yesterday we had the screen installer guy I met last weekend come out to replace a screen panel.  It was a panel that was beyond the scope of what I was willing to tackle.  The panel was on the top of the cage and covered a 90 degree corner of the roof.  Ali said the guy actually showed up early and was done in less than an hour.  Wow, two examples of good customer service in one week, hard to believe.

Last night I made my second normal attempt at The Bender, improving on my previous attempt by two reps for a total of 9.  I also shot a video demonstrating some of the exercises I have been doing on my parallel bars.  I was most pleased with the negative muscle up I pulled off.  It was the most control I have ever been able to use on the exercise.

Today our water equipment gets replaced.  I am excited to hopefully have our less than stellar water quality issue finally addressed.  I will be heading home to meet the installers sometime during the day.  I am debating if I want to keep my old equipment (minus the rusted out tank) and try to resell it for a couple hundred bucks or just tell them to take all of the old stuff and have it be out of my hair.    I am leaning towards doing the former, I hate leaving money on the table.

I will be in the office tomorrow working on the second server rack.  I will probably once again put in a 7 mile run with the group prior to going in.  Nothing else concrete is planned but I will have no problem filling up the time, I never do.

Hey I heard that according to some bible thumpers, tomorrow is the rapture, aka. the end of the world.  Well at least I will have something to blog about on Monday.
