Today’s 300 report
The 300 went well today. I went +4 reps up to 279 or so. I am only a handful of dead lifts away from 50. That is a huge number, one that when I started, was pretty unattainable. Plus, the dead lift is probably one of the best all over exercises you can do, working most parts of the body and emphasizing a strong core. I wish I could convince one of my gym buddies to go through the 300 with me. They are scared off by the looks of exhaustion they see on my face during each episode.
