Doubleheader

This weekend will be another athletic doubleheader. On Saturday I am playing in a volleyball tourney in Fort Myers and then early Sunday, Ali and I are running another 5k in Cape Coral. Luckily I have off Monday to recuperate.

Yesterday Ali did a quick run on her own. She ran a mile and a half at an 8:40 something pace, extremely fast for her, much faster than she ever did before. She is really self motivated to improve her running. For some reason it has brought out the athlete in her, it’s great.
