Sick, unlighted

I went home from work sick yesterday and after a night of almost non-existent sleep, feel worse today. I plan on staying home and sacking out.

On Sunday I finally took the Christmas lights down. I don’t think I ever have had them up this long. It is ironic that with a holiday season that lacked much of the spirit for me, I felt inclined to leave the lights up so long. I think I just liked the way they looked. I was bummed out that night as I walked around outside the now dark house.
