Go Sox, 6k, Frenchies
I’m not a fan of the Red Sox but I am pulling for them to pull off one of the biggest comebacks in baseball history and win tonight. I never liked the Yankees. It was cool to see Schilling come back and pitch well. He’s a former Phillie whom I liked 10 years ago when the Phillies were good for a brief period. I was a bit put off when I heard his post game comments where he credited God for his performance. Something about he didn’t let God help him in game 1 but he did last night. Oh well, whatever, if it helped him perform better, good for him. Personally, I don’t think God cares about how an athlete performs in a contest. I believe he has much larger issues on his plate.
Over 6000 blog hits. It took a month and a half to get these last 1k. It seems like each 1000 hits comes faster than the last 1000 so I must be picking up a few readers here and there. I’ll try to continue to deliver more mundane commentary on the everyday happenings of just another Joe as long as I can do so. Even if noone read it, I think I would continue blogging. In some ways it is almost therapeutic to punch out whatever happens to be on my mind at the time. It makes me think in depth about certain ideas that otherwise may just fly in and out of my head without much recognition.
I was playing tennis online last night against a french guy. As we were volleying back and forth, I asked him what the french thought of the American presidential race. He said they want Kerry to win, he said Kerry is a “much more intelligent man”. He said most of Europe thinks W is very dumb. Although I am no fan of the French, it was intriguing to hear first hand what most Americans assume, much of the free world thinks we (Bush) suck right now.

First, thanks for the Invisalign documentation. I searched Yahoo with “Invisalign comments” and your blog was near the top. Having read most of your entries, I’m tending to shy away from the Invisalign product.
“I would have been better off just biting the bullet and going with a metal mouth.”
Pretty much sums up your experience, I take it.
Secondly, more of a White Sox fan that a Red Sox fan but have enjoyed the games and have found myself cheering them on against the Yankees.
Lastly, I had some family in from Ireland. I had the same discussion with them about the upcoming Presidential elections and they want Kerry in too.
