All in one

I finally was able to install the 4.0 OS Iphone update yesterday.  The update took a long time, over an hour.  I really haven’t messed with anything new EXCEPT the multiple Exchange account support.  Granted, not many people have the need to connect to multiple Exchange systems but for people like me this is AWESOME.

I am now able to have my work and home email delivered to my Iphone.  I also am able to use my address book and calendar from both systems.  It’s very cool.  Now if I can get around to getting an Iphone 4.  It’s purchase has been put off a bit.  We are trying to stop the bleeding from the very high road trip expenses, I elected to put my “allowance” money towards what will surely be a huge American Express bill.

I am into season 5 of Lost at this point.  I have been warned by multiple people that it gets pretty silly after season 4.  Yep, I know what they are talking about.  All of this time travel stuff is a little nuts.  I’m still determined to plow through every episode that is on Netflix.  I also ordered Close Encounters of the 3rd Kind on DVD from Netflix.  It’s a great flick and will take on a new meaning now that we have seen Devil’s Tower up close and personal.

We met the new neighbors two kids last night, a 13 year old girl and her younger brother.  Both kids seemed very open and talkative, much more so than I was at that age.  We also got to meet one of the two dogs, Charlie, a male cocker spaniel.  They seem like good kids and I have a feeling we will be seeing a lot of them.

Did I mention that I actually LOST weight on the trip.  It’s an odd thing that I would lose 4 or 5 pounds during two weeks of mostly driving, minimal exercise and take out food.  The same thing happened last year as well.  Can’t imagine I would lose muscle mass that quickly although I did feel pretty damn weak in the gym yesterday.
