I have had a rough stretch of bad luck lately with my health. The officially undiagnosed GI problem and the ab strain/pain have put a definite crimp in my style. The GI thing seems to have somehow altered my body’s plumbing as things still are not as they were before the ailment started.
I don’t react favorably to any illness or ailment I have but I am especially freaked out when that ailment involves anything south of the belly button and north of the thighs. I don’t know if it is yet another side effect of the excessive use this area has seen since the GI problem started or perhaps just another one of the glorious side effects of aging.
