Halfway doesn’t work
Here is another fitness tip, just a little too long for a tweet.
Going halfway with your fitness/weight loss program never works long term.
If you start an exercise program but don’t modify your diet along with it you could see limited changes in the mirror that may be so slow that they discourage your efforts altogether. Also, people that exercise and then consistently REWARD themselves for the exercise with shitty food are doomed to failure. It’s like climbing a mountain of sand.
Likewise, if you go on one of these silly fad diets but don’t back it up with a solid exercise program you are doomed to reinflate the moment you stop the silly (low carb, low fat, high fat, all juice, all meat and cheese) diet. Since you will have not accumulated any additional lean muscle mass to help burn additional calories, your body will grab weight like mad the moment you resume your old eating ways.
Do diverse exercise on a regular basis. Make healthy eating decisions. Don’t jam down half of your daily caloric intake late at night and eat your junk in moderation.
It isn’t rocket science, just a bit of common sense and personal responsibility for your own health.
