Odds and ends

Last night I tended to small odds and ends around the house. I got a stand put together and listed on my 3D store. I had zero inventory so I figured I needed to get something up there. I remember the days when I would have 20 stands made and ready to go. Now I just make them here and there. The stands I now sell are bigger and thicker, taking a lot more time to make. The total print time for one stand is close to 3 days of continuous printing.

I was messing around in Capcut and again found myself in the AI section. I discovered just how easy it is for AI to duplicate your voice. I read a short paragraph into the app and in a matter of seconds it generated an AI version of my voice that was pretty believable. It’s crazy and scary.

Troy and Jess arrive today. Since she is here for a work function we will have to be flexible as far as what the series of events is, which is fine with me. I took tomorrow off to hang with Troy and who knows what the weekend will bring. Regardless it will be good to see them.

Last year at this time I was doing the final walk through prior to the purchase of my new home. What a crazy time that was.
